Woonsocket - Ronald A. Allard, 74, of Mendon Rd, died Thursday, February 7, 2019, at Hope Hospice and Palliative Care with his loving family by his side.

He was the beloved husband of Janice E. (Jalbert) Allard; they had been married for 52 years. Besides his wife Janice, he is survived by his three children, Scott Allard and his wife Heather of Pawtucket, Shannon Allard of Woonsocket, and Brock Allard and his wife Janine of NC; a brother, Robert Allard of FL; five grandchildren, Hope, Grace, Brendan, Jillian, and Kaitlyn. He was also the brother of the late Pauline (Allard) Gariepy and David Allard.

Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Arthur and Rita (Gagnon) Allard.

Ronald worked as Director of Human Resources for Leviton Manufacturing in Warwick, RI for 35 years. He served in the Army National Guard for 6 years and was a graduate of Providence College. He belonged to the RI Tropical Fish Society. He was avid fisherman, a tropical fish hobbyist, a car and motorcycle enthusiast, and a shooting sportsman.

Private funeral services will be held at the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, 1583 Diamond Hill Rd Woonsocket, RI 02895.
